99-2564 Nose Assembly, Straight / Inline, Non-Self-Releasing, 1/4" C6L® & GP® Fastener Pulling Head

The Huck 99-2564 is a standard straight/inline, non-self-releasing nose assembly designed to install 1/4" (-08 dash size) C6L® and GP® (Groov-Pin) structural lockbolts. It features an H-100 style anvil and is engineered for heavy-duty structural joining in aerospace, transportation, and industrial manufacturing applications.

Fastener Family: Huck C6L® lockbolts and GP® / H-100 series structural fasteners

Tool Compatibility: Mounts directly to standard Huck pneudraulic and hydraulic tools, including models 202, 212, 244, 254, 2012, 2025, and 2480.

Function: Engages the 1/4" lockbolt pintail, pulling and swaging the collar onto the fastener lockgrooves before breaking off the pintail flush.
