The Huck 99-2508CH is a specialized long-reach, non-self-releasing nose assembly featuring a chisel-style anvil design. It is engineered specifically to install 3/16" (-06 dash size) LGP® (Low-Profile Ground) lockbolts and structural blind fasteners in restricted or tight-clearance aerospace structural locations.

 

  • Fastener Size: 3/16" (-06 dash size / 0.187" nominal)

  • Style: Long-reach, non-self-releasing with a chisel-style profile anvil

  • Fastener Compatibility: LGP® aerospace lockbolts and structural fasteners

  • Tool Compatibility: Mounts to standard high-production pneudraulic and hydraulic installation tools, including models 244X, 2480, and 7352.

  • Function: Provides extended reach and a specialized profile to grip, pull, and swage 3/16" lockbolt collars in confined structural cavities or recessed airframe framing where standard straight noses cannot fit.
